Last gas delivered on 4th Jan 2019 which worked just for 10 days due to leakage. Booked another gas on 18th Jan 2019 which got delivered on 14th February 2019 almost after 28 days. When i told my issue to the delivery boy abt the last gas leakage and to check the present gas if it had a leak he simply said no leak all fine. So i checked myself and found a leak in cylinder. So i asked him to fix it or change the cylinder. The guy named ratul so illmanerred he simply said next time u go down and carry ur own cylinder. I cannot exchange the cylinder now by climbing the steps again.. I said why wont you? Am i buying the cylinder for free and top of it i m paying you everytime Rs 50, 60,80 rs whenever u ask for? U better check and fix and go, else m not payin for it. However he had to fix it. He added again next time u come and carry ur own cylinder.. I mean is this the way? What r we consumers for? My mom is in death bed having cancer and i was searching for cylinder everywhere when it last for only 10 days? Whenever i asked for help to nabajyoti gas agency they have always denied me help infact they r sooo ill mannered they drop down the phone while speaking. Half the time there land phone says out of service. And this delivery boy Ratul is full of attitude pls take an action against him. I need the feedback asap. His number is 9706763789.
