Gas leakage from full cylinder provided Gas Cylinder by Nabajyoti Gas Agency, Hatigarh Chariali, Guw

We have been provided Gas Cylinder by Nabajyoti Gas Agency, Hatigarh Chariali, Guwahati 781021. Recently on 13-06-2018 they had provided one Gas Cylinder with gas leakage and has been informed to the agency on 19-06-2018,22-06-2018, and 23-06-2018. However no body has visited my house to pick up the leaked cylinder which may cause serious problem to household.Moreover no body of the agency response any query relating to service.

We request to interfare the same and arrange to replace the same at the earliest with condeming the irresoponsible behaviour of the Gas Agency.
