This is with regards to complain of green gas limited Agra , We live in Sector 16 B , house no 25 avas vikas colony Agra ,The payment (Rs : 1354- as demanded)for connection by name Shashi singh has already been done on 18/12/2021 but till date connection has not been done due to which we are facing a lot of trouble infact we are force to live in some other place due to non availability of Green Gas ,The people who are on field by name Danish mob no (7983579690) and suryakant mob no (7310761201) we already handover the cheque to these people and cheque after many days debited on 18/12/2021 but till date no action has been taken
Not only this but also these people are not responding properly infact torturing the senior citizens and argue over call infact they clearly said "jo ukhada jaye ukhaad lo , jo karna hai karo kisi ke baap k naukar nahi hain jab man aayega tab kaam hoga " is this the way to have a conversation with snr citizen
These two field worker indirectly demanding the bribe for connection , one of the official name Danish said (" Ab ye mera Ego hai connection nahi lagaunga kisi ke baap ki naukri nahi hai meri , and he said Ego se upar kuch nahi hai mere liye")
We people are Snr citizen (Retd bank officer )facing huge difficulty no one is listening to us infact there head office in Sanjay palace Agra no one is responding there properly no one is there to heard our complain infact at that place as well they are not behaving properly

You are requested to take action immediately and proceed further for connection of Green Gas which is a basic need
