Gas cylinder leakage, not replaced on time

The gas cylinder purchased on 20/03/ 2021 was fitted to stove and started using on 17/04/ 2021. Smell of gas noticed immediately and informed gas agency immediately. Though the agency people came and checked on 21/04/21. Refused to change the cylinder saying it’s the issue of stove. Even after the smell of gas continued when the stove was not in use . The stove technician checked the stove on may 2nd showed us the gas leaking from cylinder even when it’s not working . We informed the gas agency immediately and requested to change the cylinder . Today (05/05/21)we had to run behind the agency van to stop them , though they refused initially, upon demonstration of leakage, they were ready to take it but refused to replace it with new cylinder. We had to pay in full for new cylinder. neither they had a weighing scale to measure the remaining gas nor ready to accept gas is lost due to leakage . We want the the entire refund for new cylinder and the delivery boys should make sure gas cylinder is not leaking while delivering the new cylinder. Our house is 50 meters from Main road , we are only 2 people aged 86 and 80 staying here ,it’s with great difficulty and help of others we take the cylinder to road side , we request the agency to take the empty cylinder from house and fit the new cylinder every time when we book for new cylinder.
