I am writing this in May 2020 because of recent issues with them. Kindly contact me on vithuprabha@gmail.com for further correspondence.

The service of Mathew's gas agency is the worst. They will not take the landline numbers whenever we call to know the status of the booked cylinder. It is very difficult for my mother to go to their office every time for this. Also, they won't tell us the exact price of the gas cylinder, neither they give the receipt or send SMS in the mobile number registered. From the information given by our relatives and neighbours, we came to know that they are charging more from us.

They tell only Saturday they will send cylinders in our route. However, on Saturdays they will tell the driver of the carrying vehicle is on leave or the shop is closed etc. They mostly will not bring the cylinder on the expected date. Unless we go personally and take the cylinder, it will not be delivered properly. Before my father expired a few months back, he would go personally and take the cylinder all by himself because of their irresponsibility.

Also, the employees are not friendly. They will not give sufficient information on the charges. They will take more money from us and refuse to give the receipt.

A needful action to be taken, else kindly replace this gas agency with some other reliable agency. I am afraid, by complaining this, it won't make the issue worsens further.
