Gas Cylinder got empty within 15 days

Sir, I wat to register a complain about my gas agency and its delivery partner , my gas agency name is Chandra Gas Agency and the cylinder that they provide got empty really soon than expected in normal use , like from past 3-4 months my gas cylinder got empty like 20-25 days of use but right now this month the cylinder got empty within 15 days. They charge full Rs 900 per cylinder and they dont even made a full month .
I want to file a complain regarding this and want my money back for my cylinder.
