Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I want to say that my name is Sanjay Kumar Sharma and I am an ex-servicemen with current address as- Rz-935B, Gali No.-14/3, Sadh Nagar, Palam Colony ,110045 and with consumer no.- 6259216.
As per norms, safety inspection by Shanti Indane is supposed to be done only after 5 years from 31/06/2019 (previously it was done after every 2 years) and we let it happen on 19/02/2021 i.e., this year only, but today one of their representative who told us his name as Mr. Rohit approached our residence and compelled us to let him do the inspection again and even demanded us Rs 1000 for that (but actual price for inspection is Rs 236 only) and when we raised an alarm against this sort of corruption, he not only threatened us for not delivering our cylinder after this but also he misbehaved and even used cuss words against me and my wife and even created a chaos in my neighborhood by shouting very derogatory comments against us which has truly trembled us from inside. Hence as a responsible, law abiding and aware citizen of the state I urge you to kindly take strict action against these fraudulent,crook and con men who unethically demands bribe from innocent citizens in the name of government institutions. Hoping for a sound response.
