Did not deliver has cylinder, but i got messages that cylinder has been delivered.

I have a gas connection from Amrit Enterprises located at Syndicate Plaza, Civil Lines Ludhiana. My consumer no. is 7102988390. I have never received my booked gas cylinder on time. Everytime I got it 6-10 days after booking. Sometimes my booking got canceled too because of time over. Every time i had to call again & again to agency office to ask them to deliver my cylinder.
2 Times i recieved the message that your cylinder has been delivered but i didn't get.
This time too i recieved messages that your cylinder has been delivered with CM no. 5010128517. But i didn't receive. It is harassing me.
Please do needful.
