Delivery Charges for Gas cylinder

Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: July 21, 2015
No. of times I inform that to delivery man please carry the bill at the time of cylinder delivery.
But no result. last time I collected the bill in Office after receiving the cylinder. Here, bill amt. RS. 644.50 cash memo No. 3000089401 dated 08.07.15 delivery man said your bill amount is RS. 692 I pay the said amount against this bill. When I inform to Office they said delivery charges you should paid extra. He showing a chart here delivery charge RS.25.
Why delivery man demand the extra amount? If the delivery charge extra why not include with bill.
Please resolve the issue this is not 1st time no. Of time we pay such type of amount.

    Dear Sir,
    It is very surprising that the delivery person has reported the door of our house closed
    though my parents, my wife were very much present in the house.
    This is a false report given by your delivery boy.
    I wood like to bring to your kind notice that this is happening every time while delivering cylinder to our house.
    The concerned agent responsible for delivering LPG cylinder does not pay any attention in spite of our repeated complaints every time to their office.
    We are simply being harassed and facing difficulties to meet our requirement.
    Request you to take proper action to stop such false reporting and deliver cylinders to our house with out further harassment.

    Message dated 06.05.2016 received from Indane office is given below for your reference:

    Cash memo 3000035853 of amount Rs.555 generated for booking no. 470398,shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills.

    Message dated 09.05.2016 received from Indane office is also given below for your reference:

    Cashmemo 3000035853 generated against ur refill booking No.470398 stands cancelled. Reason:Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly.

    Hi...if the delivery boy ask for the extra money for cylinder delivery...what can i do...?
    And delivery charge is applicable for cylinder...?

    Do I have to pamper the delivery boy with money to get cylinder? I am from Patuli Kolkata. I denied delivery boy the added Puja bonus apart from the extra money he takes as tips so he has started harassing me by cancelling by refill booking order with false "Door closed" excuse.

    Every time that cylinder Delivery man charge extra 20 or 25 rs per Delivery.Why he asking for extra money? is it official process for him? or not than what to do for stop this extra money collecting chain!!What action do i take at that time!!

    Distributor extra amount demand karta hai isliye company ko online pay ka v option rakhana chahiye.agar extra pay ki kahi v jarurat ho use payment ke samay hi bats dena chahiye.

    On 9 April 2017 a gas delivery was done by Vindhyavasini Enterprises Rajgarh dumraon Buxar in my village Ariyaon. As per indane gas price ₹820 for cylinder and delivery charge ₹16 but I was charge with ₹875.
    It very difficult for a village person to pay a huge amount.
    I would I like to put the concerned authority to look after it.
