Cylinder not delivered and misbehave by their representative

Dear Sir/ Madam,
We booked a cylinder to refill but delivered after 14days even after many reminders,and during the delivery of cylinder,the delivery boy misbehave with my wife when she was Alon in the house.i have given complaint in their head office but nothing is happening even unknown people are coming at home in my absence and forcing to my wife for compromise. I am very afraid to see that.
