I am Asish Kumar. My subsidy has been withdrawn by Indane gas agency without informing me. On 1st day of enquiry, the service agency told my wife this is due to wrongly clicking opt out while gas booking. When I visited the office, they said IOCL has opted out me as an HIG custome.
My serious complain is:
1) How IOCL / their distributor can do this without prior intimation to me.
2) There is no law in the land that IOCL themselves will identify the customer at their own wish as HIG and will stop customer.

Last two months, I am not getting any subsidy, for which I am not responsible. So, Please start necessary process so that I get the subsidy, which I was getting before for more than two years

    My consumer NO is 15775 and LPG ID NO 37500 0000 0841 6355.My LPG subsidy has not been credited in my OBC BANK Acct due to the reason that my bank Acct is INACTIVATED.IHAVE contacted my bankers and they have confirmed with a stamp on Form NO 1 that my Aadhar Card is linked with Bank Acct.Please take necessary action.
