I had booked a gas cylinder. Delivery boy came to doorstep today(30/8/2023) for the delivery. He demanded Rs50 for delivery, out of courtesy we offered Rs20. He demanded I will take nothing less than Rs.50. When we refused to pay him, he abused in foul language and took back the gas cylinder stating you go to agency and collect it. Highly unexpectable and rude behavior by delivery boy and taking back the cylinder after bringing to door step plus using foul language is worthy escalating the issue to higher levels. Request you to please take this misconduct of delivery boy as high priority issue, so that no others will be troubled by him like us
