We had booked refill on 8th Feb 2023 and the refill hasn't been delivered yet

We had booked refill for gas cylinder on 8th Feb 2023 post which we received message from HP GAS stating the refill has been delivered on 9th Feb 2023, however we didn't receive the cylinder till date i.e 14th Feb 2023. When we started following up with the concerned gas agency, they informed us that they have delivered it to some other customer and told us that they will give us the refill in few days. This is totally unacceptable as we had function at our home and there were guests. The cash memo number is 1716352. Kindly take strict action for such malpractices.
