Dear Sir/Mam

For your kind attention I am informing you that,in our locality domestic LPG HP Gas distributor name: Modern Fuel.
Address: College Road, PO.-Bishnupur , Dist.- Bankura, Pin.- 722122,State-West Bengal.
Above maintioned distributor does not provide their best service to customer.Cause I want to share one event with you before last few days I have booked one gas cylinder from my registered mobile no, but after that I din't get any message from distributor side.Thus I called to their office contact no for knowing details information about that issue i.e. why I did't get any response from your side? As well as, is my booked gas is confirm or not? At that time they replied to me, your booking is not done. Yet today in the morning at my house a delivery boy came to give me a gas cylinder but at that time I was absent at my home. Hence, delivery boy was gone back to office.
Then at this moment I went to their office today and again asked details
about this topic then one onduty officer gave me reply that your booking process is not in the proper way and you don't know how to book a gas in online system.
At this moment my question is that to you,
what shall I do against it? Because, already I have got my delivery report against my booking message through my registered mobile no from your gas booking no 9088823456.

Their behaviour also not up to the mark which is need for a distributor.

Thus I am requesting you to take necessary positive step against this complaint as soon as possible. Along with this complaint I want to tell one thing also, in their service has lots of complaint related with gas delivery.

Sorry to say,if I don't get any solution of this issue then I will transfer my domestic LPG gas connection to another gas agency.

    Here this is Mr. Sandip B. Kalekar my customer id :- 606384 i am sharing my gas booking experience with you all.On date 19-06-2017 i booked a gas cylinder and on 20-06-17 i recieved a message from HP Gas Booking No:- 572670 Cash Memo 1059714 Cash 552.50/-.After sending me this invoice i didn't received a Gas Cylinder yet so i went to (Ishwarlal Motilal Parikh)HP gas agency office, New Panvel.I spoke with the agency incharge over there he gave me some random excuses which were not acceptable.Overall it was a worst exprience i went through out.
