Complaint Date: April 27, 2021
I have not booked for any gas refill but still I have received SMS alert of booking of my gas on 24th April 2021 and delivered on 26th April 2021.. Without my consent how can it be possible,I have not done any booking request from my mobile and not visited agency offline for booking.. please take a strong action against this issue.

I HAVE BOOKED A GAS FROM SHYAMA GAS AGENCY NOONMATI GHY-781020 AND MADE ONLINE PAYMENT OF RS. 952 ON 13TH OCTOBER 2023. AFTER THAT ON 19TH OCT 2023, A SMS HAS BEEN SENT AS THE GAS BEING DELIVERED WHEREAS I HAD NOT RECEIVED. ALSO, THE DELIVERY BOY TOOK MY EMPTY CYLINDER ON 18TH OCTOBER 2023 AND PROMISED TO RETURN THE GAS ON NEXT DAY BUT IN VAIN. AFTERWARDS HE REMAIN ABSENT FROM THE WORK AND NEVER RESPOND TO CALLS. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE GAS. THE DELIVERY BOY NAMED AS 'NURUL ALI' AND HE TOOK CYLINDERS MORE THAN 20 CONSUMERS IN OUR AREA. THE GAS AGENCY IGNORING OUR COMPLAINTS AND GOING AWAY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
