Delivering cylinders to other customers illegaly

I m a sr citizen, when tried to book cylinder online come to know that my cylinder delivery date in not matching with my books and details provided by agency through sms. Many times I found such cases but now due to lockdown, I was unable to arrange cylinder from the Gas Agency. The behaviour of staff and distributor is also very rude, don't know to behave with sr citizen and they don't want to inform any information regarding the discrepancy at their end.
