Booking cancelled for no reason for two cosecutive times with SB Gas Bhopal

We booked cylinder for two cosecutive times with SB Gas Bhopal . Everytime booking gets cancelled. The reasin is not given. Agency does not deliver cylinder inspite of receiving message that cash memo is genrated. Kindly refer booking numbers: 612374 26 th july, cashmemob generated 3000049441 booking cancelled on 11th august .
again booking done no 615687 on 19 th aug, cashmemo generated 3000056825 dated 24 august. cylinder not delivered booking cancelled on 3rd september. my GAs cylinder is now empty. lot torture. second cylinder Gas gets finished. I am a working woman . Cannot go to agency office personaly .
No reason is assigned for cancellation.
