My previous Cons No 120356 (IOCL) already transferred to my Cousin. & Now I got new connection the Cons ID 7032155338 (IOCL) in new ID Adhar card links not accept it shows already linked with 120356

I contact Cost Care & Distributor but No Use

Please Solve This Problem and give me a solution
