Gas booking consumer no 41402

My consumer bumber is 41402. While booking the gas on my registered number IVR system says gas booked on consumer number 3556.  


How it is possible, when I book a gas on mobile it should booked to my consumer no 41402, else the gas will be delivered to real consumer.


This is a fraud going on, how a my consumer number is changed. Concerned authorities look into the issue and resolve.
