Recently I purchased a new laptop from Flipkart which is delivered on 25 June and it keyboard stop working. On july 2 which is last date of my Replacement period I him request to replace my product & request was accepted on 9 July there is technician visit and approval of return but unfortunately no one is came but near around 8:30 of clock one call is came and say me that u r replacement is cancel. I daily call Flipkart since 2 July they always say me technician visit is on 9 July then further action is taken .they cheated me and done a fraud in my order section it is also shown that issue is resolved by trouble shoot but no issue is resolved .but tomorrow evening they say call to lenovo.we cannot replace my product
Respected sir it an emotional , financial , social harm to me and my family which cost can't be measure
At last I request you to please help me in providing my right by providing replacement of product or refund of my money
