I have ordered one MI Power Bank 20400mah from BookMyOffer.com website on 08.03.2017 & (order no-080467723783374) made the online payment of the said product,but i received a damage & not working product on 22-03-2017 & the brand is also not same, i am not able to make replacement request on the website.kindly help me in refund back
