Recived empty box by sanapdeal.

Hi sir, I purchased seagate backup plus slim 1 TB potabal hard dish through snap deal on 11-03-2016 and i received order on 13th of march 2016 but when i open it i found empty box. regarding this i compliant on 14th of march he said to me that i am investigate and revert back but no one call to me, so after 2 days i tried once again and he said to me that still investigate and after 2 days means on 18th of march i received mail from snapdeal that your request is not process. so once again i call to snapdeal that the representative said to me please share you empty box images to us. so i share to him and no one call to me and replay. then i call on 20th of march then i talked with a lady and she said to that we will call within 24 hrs. still no one to call me, so today means 21st of march i hard with sushank and he said to me that your request is closed and no return is process. so that i think to register my compliant, my order id is 12271900676.

So please guide me what to do.
