Complaint against non-repair of AC under AMC period

I have purchased AMC for my Window AC of 1.5 Ton of Reconnect Brand with effect 26.03.2016 to 25.03.2020. I have lodged a complaint for its non-function on 21.03.2020. No technician came for repair. The technician came at lat on 01.06.2020 and undertook some repairs but as soon as he left my premises, just within 05 minutes its stopped working, which implies that repair was not done properly. I immediately filed a complaint about non-functioning of the unit but despite this it is not yet corrected. Now they refused to undertake the repair pleading that it is out of AMC and asking me to pay for repairs only then they will undertake the repair. It is a fact that it is within the period of AMC as the technician failed to repair the AC and it is not at all rectified. I have written a number of times.through mail but all in vain. It is requested to instruct them to fully make my AC functional without any charges as I have made my complaint within the AMC period and during that period it is not made functional to use.
