Company not giving claim, bought a Xiaomi Tablet from mi.com

I bought a Tablet from www.mi.com (Xiaomi) including with one year insurance Mi Protect.
Unfortunately within a month my device fell down and got broken. I claimed for that.. After almost 20 days gone passed but company not giving satisfactory answer to change the device. Every time they said we will call u, we will call u... Not a single call I got from that side.
