Dear All,

I have ordered the electric insect & pest control machine from NAAPTOL but this is bogus machine it is not at all efected.So, i requested them to take this machine back and return my money back they said call to aramex the courier company to pick up this product i called them 4 to 5 times daily in a day but no one came to pick up this product since last 3 months some lady manager called senha named in mumbai office she never respond me. she thinks herself a big personality i think she is not taking me seriously.Whenever i called to them they said today we will definetaly pick the product but till now today has not come since last 3 months. I am now fed up with all these activities.The product cost is around Rs 2500.So, i requested you to kindly take some strong action against both the company and help me regarding this to come out.
