I had booked my Furniture (04 Door Wardrobe with Loft, 02 Queen Size Beds & 01 Dressing Table) on 05th July 2022 and was promised delivery of same between 25th to 31st July 2022 by Mr Aarzoo Hussain. There was a delay in furniture delivery by almost 20 days and Mr Hussain kept on saying one thing over the call that your product is ready and will be delivered within 2-3 days - This was during 01st August to 20th August period. This company not only delayed the product delivery but also fucked up the entire quality and finishing of the product. Don’t shop a single piece of wood from this shop by seeing the designer furnitures kept in display. After visiting the shop several times and asking them about the delivery they made the delivery with defective product which was not only broken but completely unfinished. Me & my wife had informed Mr. Hussain to not compromise on quality as he is reducing the price which he denied that time and said he never compromise on quality. We also had informed him to cancel the order if this doesn’t fit his pricing but he always said we are taking the order and order is already under work now. This person doesn’t have a courtesy to answer the calls. We had to get in touch with his seniors i.e Mr Wasim & Mr Israil Khan. Mr Israil also promised several times about finishing of the product but no one showed up till date. I had informed them that my festival will start from 24th August and I have Ganpati at my place from 31st August but they are just inhuman to understand other religions traditions and rituals. They have completely ruined my festival.
