This company is faud me this company buying sofa cum bed 30/11/2021, and this company is this product warranty 3 years,

But today 1/10/2022, going this company warranty claim but this company is not claim accepted.. my product is sofa cum bed damage and bed problem but this company not repaired accepted under warranty.. company saying that this is no warranty product, so please high priority me and my problem solving urgently....
