I have booked Livspace service for my new home furniture by paying 25000 booking amount on 17/09/2022 but due to negative response from their team members, I have decided to cancel their service on 14/10/2022 and planned to purchase products from Livspace as they informed me on first meeting done on 10/09/2022. They shared products details for purchase on 16/10/2022 but due to some family situation I couldn't go for purchase. After a month on17/11/2022, they informed me that the minimum purchase value should be 1 lakh not below is allowed as their policy got updated. I didn't get any information related to update of policy between 16/10/2022 to 17/11/2022. Now I am contacting them for refund they are saying that they need higher authority approval for this issue. I have mailed so many times but they are not responding. Even I contacted customer care person for the same and they are also saying the same that you will get updated within 24-48hours but I didn't get any response from their side. Even I mailed that if you will not respond to my concern I will go legally against you but still there is no response. So I planned to go with consumer complaint for this issue. So please do need for my concern as soon as possible because I have to do my furniture work for my new home.
