I Have Purchased Hero Extreme Black color bike dated on 23-01-2015 with contact Id 11132-01-SCON-0115-9499 ( for reference invoice copy attached).Model-Xtreme DSS Cast BlackVariant- HEXTADSSCCRColor-Black Engine No-KC12EEEHM00169 Chassis No-MBLKC14ABEHM00133. From Hero Pratibha Motors, Pune . After many follow up I didn't get RC book and other vehicle documents from them. Recently I came to know that this registration no given by them is fake and is registered for another vehicle. The vehicle which i am using for the past 3 years is not registered with any RTO where as I had paid fully for getting my vehicle registered but served with a fake number by Pratibha Motors, which is a clear case of cheating and fraud. I have informed to Pratibha Motors and Hero Pune zonal office through mail dated on 08.02.2018 about the same and requested to provide me original registration no.
After two days I got call from Pratibha Motors representative Mrs. Jayshree-9011045245 and she informed that my vehicle is not registered with RTO (where are they are not authorized to handover vehicle to customer with out registration) due to short payment of vehicle from sub dealer Mr. Ajay Kothwal-9527669494 with worth Rs. 3500. I informed her that I have fully paid for my vehicle to Mr. Ajay it your internal issue so get it resolve and provide me my bikes RC book and other documents with original registration no. I have discussed with Mr. Ajay Kothwal for the same issue and he replied me that he has given Form 20A for vehicle registration to Pratibha Motors along with full payment but they didn't paid vehicle tax payment hence my vehicle was not registered. After 8 days the G.M of Pratibh Motors Mr. Pathak-9011083239 called me and said that Ajay is not our person you did't purchase vehicle from our showroom and your vehicle will not get registered. Now Pratibha Motors raise their hand instead of to resolve the issue by saying that they don't have any my documents with them.

I have raise 4-5 complaint through mail and by telephonic communication in Hero customer care as well Hero Pune Regional office but there is no any single call or mail received from Hero people end.

Through this mail this is my humble request you that take a strict action against such peoples who are cheating customers in such way.
