Woodland doing fraud by picking up iteam and not refunding money

This is in reference to purchase of footwear from Woodland online store .the product we didn't like as per guideline we mail to refund product.. Company arrange pickup for item and its been picked up and after that Woodland Co. not initiated the refund and not even responding to the mails even multiple follow up .Now as a customer i have no way to contact woodland company . there customer service number is not working nor they are replying .. Multinational brand like woodland we never expect this .. they are doing fraud by picking up product and not refunding the money .. I want my refund along with penalty on woodland .. to set up example.
