Took money and sent old item and when complaint about it they blocked.

Shopping_crazystore is a fraud shopping page in Instagram they posted bait by selling good products at less cost and when me and my friend ordered from them payed full amount of 3000 to them by paytm they first keep on extending the time of product but when the product arrived it was old worn out clothes when we complaint about the product to them they blocked us then also we tried to contact them by different Instagram id's they keep on blocking them and more over they even agreed to pay us back but they want us to send those product to different people they told us to sent but then again he blocked us. So I wanna file a complaint on them and track them ASAP.
