Databack app complaint regrading Not able to withdraw my savings

Worst app.it worked for sometime but now when i try to withdraw my earnings in paytm it says free recharge for this hour is exhausted even if i try it in the 1st minute of hour
I have more than 3gb of data in databack wallet but not able to withdraw it and convert it into paytm cash which the promises.
