Dear Team,
Mrs. Karishma Vyas who is Sr Executive of pay point india pvt ltd
Deposited cash 25000 in company named PAYPOINT INDIA PVT LTD in sbi a/c on dated 18/05/2019 for SBI CSP services.Still date I had not received any kind of service from above company nor Karishma Vyas. I had tried to contact also who is company Representative on her Mobile no. but not Responded. I had Telephonic compliant and request for regarding this issue in service. Also I had telephonic discusstion to many times with Karishma Vyas regarding cancelltion of CSP. They assured me that they will process the to another location I will agree that's but still date no update also i had wriiten mail so many times to this but there is no revert by them.
Iam requesting to you that kindly look in to this matter because Iam waiting from long period. If They are unable to give me service then cancel my CSP and refund me my investment. It's from long time my money was deadly kept in this company which is not giving me any kind of returns. I tried to contact their company distributor Mr. Nitin Chandrankant More in this regard but they are also neglecting my request and said to contact company. Most of the time I visited to his office More Multi services and also contacted on mobile no. for this service issue.
For SBI Kisok banking facility I tried all efforts I had contacted my nearest sbi branches but they are not responding.
so kindly do needfully on urgent basis because I am loosing my patience.
