Regarding laptop's window fraude

Dear sir.
My self Harsh dinkar currently residing gau shala colony ward no.10 Ganj Basoda distric vidisha mp .
I have purchased a laptop dell vostro 153000 core i3 as price of 35000.
During purchasing it has confirmed by vender mr manohar kusbah disha air link that is located in ganj basoda that every part of product has well mainained and good.
After some time it is been acknowledged by me that the window 10 operating systems which is installed in laptop is pyratade(windows copy) instant of genuine window which has cause that many time laptop has corrupt and which result i faced a lot of prolems regarding study .
I have complained many time to vender but no appropriate action has been taken regardig this.
Please do needful as soon as possible
