Cheated and stolen my money

Respected sir,
Iam Abhay Sharmafrom madhya pradesh,one user in olx had cheated me he told that a bike cost of 18500 but as the army man said you have not cleared the selling gate pass charge clear it by paying 2150 and they said it will be refunded within 5 min of the verification,after i done the payment they said gps charge also paying 6000 again,but I can't pay this amount and he doesn't give me a bike ,so please help me i think there is justice in india
