I got a call from one of the agents of Imarticus Learning, he misguided and misinformed me.
He called me in month of July and gave me information about a course New Age Banking and MBA, and asked me to pay a 5000 rupees holding amount. I was told that if I decide to opt out of course, I'll get refund of that 5000 rupees easily. Within a few days I decided that I want to do course from somewhere else and asked him to cancel the course. He told me that, it's alright, and I'll get refund within a span of 10 days.
Till date, he always says that he will get the refund transferred at so and so dates but I haven't received any money yet.
I can send you all the chats messages I've exchanged with him over the time period for further clarification if required. I am attaching memo of paytm for your reference, as I paid using paytm

It has been really embarrassing for me to ask for my money again and again.

I request you to please refund me as soon as possible.
And hire agents who are accountable and responsible for their actions.
He took account number and IFS codes for my bank several times but no money received till date. He always makes excuses that due to some reason transaction didn't happen.
I humbly request you to please refund my amount money of 5000 rupees.

This is the email which I've sent to them several times but got no response.
