Complaint against Instagram seller Fashion Point for sending wrong product.

I ordered a suit from Fashion Point seller on Instagram I received the wrong product. Wrong design, size, pattern. I was promised that i’ll be sent the exact same suit & was also promised an exchange if any issue or i’ll get refund. I got the parcel on 14th September that very day i sent the pictures of the wrong product alongwith its size that it’s wrong. I was asked to wait for 7 days which i patiently did. I was blocked from their account on Instagram. And now till date I haven’t received any reply also on WhatsApp.

Below i am attaching pictures of the google pay amount i paid, whatsapp chat where i was promised a refund, actual picture of suit with the seller page name and what I received. I specifically mentioned size 52 when i paid amount from google pay & i got 42.
