I bought a cooktop gas (Surya crystal 3 burner) from a known person named Sachin Kumar phone no. 8076380791. He provided the product without any bill. when I ask for the warranty card he said this product has a lifetime warranty. He assured me that if you don't like the product you will get a refund. I found that It Was damaged and the quality was also not good. when I tried to contact the person, he first gave me some excuses and then he stopped taking My calls. It is already more than 20 days and I am still trying to return this product. now I feel cheated.
