Product Returned but not reflecting and no refund

Dear Team,
Would like to bring into your attention that I ordered one NETPLAY Quilted Bomber Jacket. Jacker was not in the right shape, so I exchanged it. But I received the damaged product and delivered without tag. I placed a return again but this time their delivery (Shaddow fax) partner refused to pick the product as TAG was missing. So I followed up with AJIO customer service then able to create a new return request. Post that their delivery partner picked the product. This took almost 7-10 days follow ups with customer services guys.
Now All of a sudden, we received the message that the return request was cancelled by Ajio wherein they already picked the product, We again followed up with you guys and then they again initiated the return request. Now Ajio is expecting me to return the product again (which we already returned) instead of initiating my refund.
During all this follow ups their customer services number 1800-889-9991, they never pick the call.
I am completely annoyed and frustrated with the services. Receiving a new and irrelevant response from Ajio, sometimes feels like a mental torcher.
Looking for your help to get my refund initiated as soon as possible.
