One Anjum along with his wife is running bogus paramedical institute in Bihar with many partners, whome he keeps on ditching from time to time.
He formed an organisation with similar name to our Health Education And Research Council of India (www.herci.in) sometimes in 2010 or so.
We are running this HERCI since 1999.
in 2014, after miserably failing to run and ditching his partner from Haryana, he handed over administrative contol, Head Office his THERCI to Jawahar Lal Raina in a written letter.
When things got going, he ditched Dr Raina and trapped his associate Dr Lovedeep Sharma and both of them started working together.
Now he has ditched Dr Lovedeeep and is playing his game with someone else.
