I had taken a fastway cable connection 4 months ago. They installed a old and used set top box. After repeat complaints he changed that set top box with another old and used set top box which was registered by some customer three years ago. Now, I asked him to disconnect the connection. So, he took the set top box in my absence. Now when i ask him for refund he is harassing me by saying he will give by next week or by next month. According to their customer care, if someone returns a set top box within 1year, he/she is eligible for 100% refund. He is a cheating thousands of people by the same way. Now he is not giving me even a single penny and when I ask for it he threats me that he and his partner in crime gonna beat me outside their shop. This is what we call a loot. Very disappointed that we are living with such people.
