Fake project shown and collect booking amount. Now refuge refund booking amounts

Me and my brothers booked 4 flat 1 bhk affordable flats in sector 115 mohali at dara kingdom with dara builders January 2018. We will pay 10% 0f flat price of 5.75000/- each
And now builder sell there company to other builder. And they are refuge my refund .please help me. Because I am a daily wager.
Now how can we do because 300+more persons who suffered such condition,
Please suggest me or give me your guidance
