Pricing Exorbitant amount and duping

Purchased a cotton mattress in 2016, and was charged Rs. 3500, for the same mattress which costs Rs. 800, in similar shops.
Money was paid in Debit card payment mode. I still have the transaction details in my bank's a/c statement.
But the owner didn't debit the money in his shop, instead took me to a nearby medical store for the transaction.
On asking for bill receipt, the owner of the shop said that he had yet to receive the GST format bill.

Kindly redress my grievance, of whom, many people might have been victims of fraud. Thank you.
