It's been 36 days since I ordered from ltonlinestore.com but still after a long period of time .
There's no update regarding the status of my order.
(It still is showing under processing).
I've emailed them to return the deducted prepaid amount but they've not responded me nor taken a single call from me on the numbers they've provided on the customer care section.

Kindly take note of this matter and help me get the claimed amount back.
