Sir,
About a year ago, a company named SHOVIYA called me regarding online job of website opening. And they had taken my sign and photo.
After some time, Company sends me a notary of rs.100 which looks fake and there they use my photo shopped signature. Sir I've not signed in any notary.
Sir as when I checked fake notary of 100rs and fraud of company, I decided to not work for the company.
Now they are asking for rs 5000 as penalty or saying for filing case against me.
Sir, they've send me a notice in my home by "ADVOCATE MINHAZ P" whose address is mentioned as : 303, 3rd Floor, Dharmesh Apartment, Darji Street, Rampura Surat-395001 (Gujrat).
And contact no. Of the advocate is 7211142643
