Mysterious working no after sales support

I placed a order of mobile battery BM<41 .The amount was paid on delivery. The battery was founf defective and spurious item. Several mails were sent . No reply.whatsapp message number was taken frm a 1800 helpline number . No respnse.

On search of goole and website jaldifatafat no nme of firm , managemnt, addrress GST details etc were found. The webite offers discunts fr pre payments. means take oney form your in advace .if they dont supply ite your money is gone .Their weite is also rivately hosted in arizona USA. hence no lead. items sold are substandard and deeply dicounted to entice ustoer to buy ad pay them. Bu the matter ends. There is no refund retunr system.No response. Avoid these and report matter to government of india for closing this fake site .Do business with reputed webportals lie amazon, flipkar ,rediff etc only.Dont carried away by low prices and dsociunts and never pay online in advnace .Dont shahre your credit card bank details with such mysterious persns. Even after leagl thereat they did not take item back and become quiet. Opeyl isnulting indian laws and systems.
