Sir, On 27/08/2019 at around 12:55 PM a total of Rs. 1,39,998 was unauthorizedly deducted from my Axis bank saving account ( no.912010034320201 ) in 3 consecutive transactions (Rs.49999, Rs.49999 and Rs.40000 ) through internet banking without my knowledge and consent. This amount was sent to the account of any " ZAAK ePAYMENT SERVICES PVT. LTD." named company to which I don't even know. I had not done any transaction nor shared my confidential informations ans OTPs with anyone. Despite of this, a total of Rs. 1,39,998 was fraudulently withdrawn from my bank account in 3 consecutive transactions (Rs.49999, Rs.49999 and Rs.40000 ). I got the information about this unauthrized transaction through SMS.
Sir, i am going through a weak economic situation right now. Staying away from home and working hard, I collected some money for my needs which i lost in this fraud. Hence, I request you to kindly please take necessary action in this fraud matter and do needful as soon as possible. I will be highly thankful to you.
