I am writing a Complain regarding a company from Jahangirpura SURAT GUJARAT (TOPEMONEY.COM)
He have Done Fraud with me Yesterday Night he collect my 650 USD (47,450 INR) and not send my money
We are Digital Marketing Agency We have provide Website development and Digital marketing services to my client i do have a INVOICE and agreement with him
He say i will not send you you can do what you want to do
Is this kinds of people living in Surat Gujarat and Doing Business and doing Fraud with Indian People and Doing CRIME in Surat GUJARAT
I have attached email interaction and i have also logde a campalint in our local police station NOIDA SECTOR 20 I need support from your end to clean this DIRTY Fraud people from your locality who is spoiling IMAGE OF SURAT GUJARAT
