This person has an Instagram account named CARDING_OFFICIAL.
He asked me to purchase a cycle at fewer discount from his page. He asked to deposit advance amount 6000 on his number through tez. After payment he denied to deliver the product and also denied to return my money. I've his number' Aadhar card, pan card and all banking details. Please suggest if there is any solution to this problem.
