I have booked a hotel named blue orchid executive in Mumbai near sakinaka through Clear Trip an online site for booking hotels and other things. There it has shown three rating stars for the particular hotel which I considered ok. I have booked this hotel for 2 feb 2017 to 3 feb 2017 and made advance payment they have provided me a trip Id :- 17012021192. The ticket (bill of cleartrip) also shows at top that the hotel was booked for one night i.e. “1 room for 1 night”. After reviewing the hotel on Google it turned out the worst hotel at that area. So many adverse comments were there. So I called on that day but they kept me waiting and waiting.I have called the clear trip at leat 3-4 times but they didn’t reply properly about the cancellation of that room. Moreover my check out time was mentioned 6.00 pm but without the intimation of that particular day.
I reached the hotel with my wife at 5.45 pm due to delay in flight. The person at hotel desk totally denied to checking me in. I was left at road without any confirmation and prior intimation. Though i have paid for one night i was left over the road at unsafe, stinky area with a lady. I have talked to clear trip persons Mr. Shahrukh and Mr. Sumit. They told me to keep patience and promise to arrange something. So i kept patience till 2 hours. Then he denied to return my money and also denied to book another room. I was humiliated and mentally tortured by clear trip personnel’s for 2 hours. I want compensation of this extreme suffering, monitory loss due to fraud,mental torture and harassment by cleartrip and eve teasing by the passersby.
